I think I would want my engagement ring. Its a 3 stone (past present and future) princess cut ring white gold but I want pink sapphires instead of diamonds on the side. So one diamond in the middle and two pink sapphires. Why the pink sapphires you ask? Because My bday is in Sept which is a blue Sapphire and my bf is in Oct which is pink so a pink sapphire represents both of us..
