Is a basket weave wedding cake popular or should I choose something else??
I have my wedding cake being made and I choose a basket weave style and now I am having second thoughts….what if it doesn’t look good…etc.etc.etc?? HELP!
My SIL had a basketweave cake and It was nice, but I thought it was kind of old fashioned looking. It was not something I would have chosen, but they really liked it. I’m sure she probably wouldn’t have chosen our cake.
If you’re having second thoughts about it, you may want to reconsider it. Look at different cake pictures and see if there’s something you like better. I know when we walked into our reception hall and I saw the cake, I was actually excited and said “LOOK HOW COOL OUR CAKE IS!” to my husband. It was exactly what I had pictured.
