Diamonds Platinum
can i get pokemon from diamond platinum pearl onto firered leafgreen?
I have some pokemon on platinum that I would like to transfer onto my GBA Leafgreen. I realize that fourth gen pokemon cannot transfer onto any third gen game. The pokemon I would like to transfer are all third gen or less. I am simply wondering if I need another game to do this (if I need to transfer it onto ruby sapphire emerald first then to leafgreen), as well as how to do this.
Unfortunately, it is impossible. Pokemon from firered and leafgreen (as well as ruby and sapphire) may be directly transferred to the Ds Pokemon games, but transferring Pokemon (even older Pokemon like Pikachu) cannot be done. I was pretty disappointed when I found this out because it meant that I couldn’t put all my good legendaries back into my sapphire game after I’d transferred them to Pearl. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news : (
