Welcome to CrownBrownstone "Your Home away from Home". Located in the Historic neighborhood of Crown Heights, Brooklyn, CrownBrownstone is the true blend of urban flavors.

See great movies, visit historic sites, hang out in the backyard and lounge, listen to cool musicians, meet artists, party at great bars/clubs, eat delicious food and meet amazing new people. CrownBrownstone, our flagship property contains 28 bunk beds and one private suite. KingstonCrown, our recently opened property has four semi private 2-room Lux Suites. Each Lux suite is designed beautifully for the ultimate in comfort at a Hostel Price. These suites are just around the corner from CrownBrownstone.

4-person bunk beds start at just $30 per night. We have a private suite (up to 4 people) with queens size bed, living room w/ fold out couch, flat screen, kitchen and bathroom for $140 per night. We have four Lux suites at $125 per night. Each Lux suite has a full size bed, fold out couch, and living room. Please note that each Lux suite shares a kitchen and bathroom with another Lux suite. No more than two Lux suites share a kitchen and bathroom. The 2-room Lux suite can be combined into a full floor 4 room Lux suite with private kitchen and bathroom.
The Rooms and Suites
All of our rooms and suite are tastefully decorated and should be viewed in our photo gallery before making your reservation. Rooms are designed for individuals, couples and groups up to five people. We have a private suite and we have a four 2-room Lux suites with shared kitchen and bathroom.

All of our buildings are equipped with wireless internet service, air conditioning, and closets. Every room is secured. The buildings are secure. There are smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers throughout each building.
Bathrooms
All of our buildings and locations contain large bathrooms include stand up showers and bathtubs in the private suites. The bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned twice a day by our maid staff. At Crown Brownstone we realize how important clean bathrooms are to our guests and our reputation, so we take this task very seriously.
The Kitchens

There are 4 fully equipped communal kitchens and 1 fully equipped private kitchen. Kitchens include refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, coffee mugs, glasses, plates and utensils. The kitchens are available on a first come first serve basis. However, we encourage communal cooking which not only cuts down on costs, but is also a great way to make friends with visitors from around the world.

We do require our guests to wash, dry and put away all utensils used in the kitchen. We provide all you need to keep the premises clean. We reserve the right to ban anyone from the kitchen if they do not follow these rules.

The Manager
Our on-site manager will meet you at the door upon arrival. He or she will show you your accommodations and get you settled in. We have a manager that lives in the building. The manager can answer any questions or problems you may encounter. You will be given our manager's private cell phone number in case of an emergency.
