| The Manager | |
| Our on-site manager will meet you at the door upon arrival. He or she will show you your accommodations and get you settled in. We have a manager that lives in the building. The manager can answer any questions or problems you may encounter. You will be given our manager's private cell phone number in case of an emergency. | |
The Rooms and Suites   |

| All of crownbrownstone rooms and suites are tastefully decorated and should be viewed in our photo gallery before making your reservation. Rooms and private suites are designed for individuals, couples and groups up to five people, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. kingstoncrown offers semi private 2-room Lux Suites that are ultra comfortable, and luxurious with a cool vibe. They are spacious enough to hold up to 4 people comfortably and are equipped with a full-size double bed, a folding couch bed, wireless internet service, air conditioning, and closets. The living rooms have a fold out table, & comfortable chair. We have extra cots available for each suite. Lux suites share a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with one other suite. For larger groups, two suites can be easily combined into a 4 room suite with it's own kitchen and bathroom. All of our buildings are equipped with wireless internet service, air conditioning, and closets. Every room is secured. The buildings are secure. There are smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers throughout each building. | |
Bathrooms |

All of our buildings and locations contain large bathrooms include stand up showers and bathtubs in the private suites. The bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned twice a day by our maid staff. At Crown Brownstone we realize how important clean bathrooms are to our guests and our reputation, so we take this task very seriously. | |
The Kitchens |

There are 4 fully equipped communal kitchens and 1 fully equipped private kitchen. Kitchens include refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, coffee mugs, glasses, plates and utensils. The kitchens are available on a first come first serve basis. However, we encourage communal cooking which not only cuts down on costs, but is also a great way to make friends with visitors from around the world. We do require our guests to wash, dry and put away all utensils used in the kitchen. We provide all you need to keep the premises clean. We reserve the right to ban anyone from the kitchen if they do not follow these rules. | |

| Food and Necessities | |
| Food and other necessities can be found within minutes of our building. There is a supermarket only three blocks away and a corner store where you can find all your basic needs less than a block away. You can also find within immediate walking distance Chinese, Spanish, Caribbean, Italian and American food. | |

There is free parking in the parking lot in front of the building and on all the side streets. However, you must pay attention to when it is legal to park on a street or you will get a ticket. | |
